The narrator of Sangfielle is the editor of the Almanac of the Heartland Rider. He has not yet appeared onscreen, but through the framing device of reporting the adventures of the Blackwick Group in his paper, he provides opinionated commentary on the events of upcoming arcs and the history of colonialism within the heartland.
As of Six Travelers, an enormous radio antenna was dug up from the Blackwick Mines, and he has switched to broadcasting with it.
