Tower Chalet is a student at the September Institute and one of Mako's friends. The two dance during the prom sequence.
He is "a large, bronze dude with really floofy hair" that he doesn't take proper care of ("Reaching Out"). At the September prom he is dressed as "young, hot Hadrian" ("Just Another Machine"). His personality is compared to Sailor Jupiter. He's a bit awkward, but very gentle and sweet.

He is left behind on September in the aftermath of the September Incident. In A Splintered Branch, A Ringing Bell Pt. 2 he is shown briefly fighting on behalf of Rigour before being destroyed by Jillian Red.
