Sergeant Carver is a crooked constable in the Westshore-upon-Sea police force with family connections to its mayor, Lenny Lenova. However, amidst the investigation of Gilbert Lutz's presumed murder, Carver was able to avoid implication in his underhanded dealings. Having taken credit for Lenova's downfall, they are now a rising star in the Westshore political scene.
