Olivia “Ollie” McGowen is a woman in her 40s with dark hair. At age fifteen, ten years prior to the events of To Be Young Near the Shore, she and her friend El went into the Tunnel and she was lost there, stuck between the three cities and appearing to age at an accelerated rate.
She was described as being reserved and bookish, but someone who loved being surrounded by more boisterous friends (like El).
She was seen wearing a name badge for Atlantic City Airfield where she presumably works and appeared as a "television ghost", affected by the heat warping Frank and the other kids saw in the sky during "To Be Young Near the Shore Pt. 1".
